Rental Application and Qualifying Criteria to Apply
We would love to have you with us at one of our communities!If you would like to apply for an apartment, please fill out the rental application and qualifying criteria forms. BOTH forms will need to be HAND-signed and dated at the bottom. Each adult and/or guarantor(s) will need to fill out their own individual/separate application forms. But you are welcome to sign the same qualifying criteria form if that saves paper/ink!
In addition to these forms, we will need:
1. U.S. government issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
2. Proof of Income
3. $60 Application Fee (per adult, per guarantor).
Please see the qualifying criteria form for examples of acceptable proof of income, as well as our qualifying requirements.
Application materials can be scanned and emailed to us, faxed (205-879-8162), or dropped off at our office located in our Redmont Gardens location in English Village.
Payment for application fees and/or deposits can be paid over the phone with card or account/routing number, or paid in our office by cash, check, or money order. Please note that we do not have change for cash, so the exact amount must be turned in.
